Career World was formed in 2006, Sarah Vale ran Career World as an Employment Agency. Services that Career World offered were, Recruitment and Selection; CV and Interview Guidance.
Sarah Vale then decided to open a new company specific to the Consultancy Services with the aim to have all services under one umbrella. With this in mind Sarah Vale Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd. was registered in July 2014.
Sarah Vale Consultancy is registered with National Employment Services for All Classes of Employment. The Company offers a range of services which all tie in with the core business. Services that the Sarah Vale Consultancy offers are:

- Labour Brokering
- Advice on Contract, Leave and Record Management
- Overtime Administration
- Policies and Procedures / Standard Operating Procedures
- Interpretation of the Labour Act; Collective Bargaining Agreements and their amendments or repeals

The other new and exciting area that Sarah Vale Consultancy has branched into is Domestic and Office Recruitment and Selection through another division called Zvese MuZvese. Domestic Recruitment assists clients do not have the time or resources to reference and background check their potential domestic staff. As your domestics soon become part of your “family”, Sarah Vale Consultancy provides this service to assist you in feeling comfortable with your choice.
